Al parecer, las víctimas salieron de un funeral en el Panteón Municipal de San Rafael y se metieron en un automóvil cuando otro vehículo les cerró el paso y abrió fuego.
Cinco personas, de entre 20 y 30 años, fallecieron en un tiroteo ayer jueves 21 d septiembre del 2023 en un cementerio en Ciudad de Juárez, en el estado mexicano de Chihuahua, informan medios locales.
Al parecer, las víctimas salieron de un funeral en el Panteón Municipal de San Rafael y se metieron en un automóvil cuando otro vehículo les cerró el paso y abrió fuego.
Dos personas fallecieron en el interior del automóvil y las otras tres murieron antes de llegar al hospital. Algunos reportes indican que las víctimas mortales pertenecían a una misma familia, pero la información no ha sido confirmada.
Hasta el momento, se desconoce quién perpetro el ataque. Poco antes de ese hecho, una mujer fue asesinada en una tienda de conveniencia en Ciudad de Juárez frente a los clientes y empleados del negocio.
La gobernadora de Chihuahua, María Eugenia Campos, solicitó recientemente que se incrementasen los elementos del Ejército en el estado. La Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana calcula que de enero a julio de 2023 se cometieron 1.225 homicidios dolosos.
Chihuahua, Guanajuato, Estado de México, Baja California, Jalisco, Michoacán y Guerrero concentran el 56 % de los Homicidios Vinculados a la Delincuencia Organizada (HVDO).
