Los hechos se produjeron en la iglesia de la Santa Cruz en la colonia Unidad Nacional en Ciudad Madero en el estado de Tamau6, México en horas de la tarde durante la misa dominical.
El techo de una iglesia en Ciudad Madero, en el estado mexicano de Tamaulipas, se derrumbó este domingo 1 de octubre del 2023 dejando a varias personas muertas, informan medios locales.
Los hechos se produjeron en la iglesia de la Santa Cruz en la colonia Unidad Nacional en horas de la tarde durante la misa dominical.
Los primeros reportes sitúan en al menos cinco el número de fallecidos. De momento se desconoce la cantidad de heridos y personas que permanecen bajo los escombros.
Los servicios de emergencia están trabajando en el lugar para rescatar a las personas atrapadas y han asegurado las estructuras del recinto para prevenir nuevos derrumbes.
