Médicos rusos han extraído unas 50 bolas magnéticas de la uretra y la vejiga de un adolescente, informó hoy lunes 1 de julio del 2024 el Ministerio de Salud de la provincia de Moscú.
El organismo detalló que el paciente, de 13 años, acudió a un hospital “quejándose de que no puede hacer sus necesidades” e “inmediatamente admitió ante los médicos que se había colocado bolas magnéticas en su órgano reproductor“.
“Para evitar que la vejiga reventara, los urólogos pediátricos la cateterizaron y luego prepararon al menor para la intervención quirúrgica”, reza el comunicado.
Durante la cirugía, los imanes se retiraron a través de una pequeña incisión en la vejiga.
Ahora el adolescente se encuentra bien y fue dado de alta para un seguimiento ambulatorio.
