El canciller de Venezuela, Yván Gil, puso una condición al Gobierno de Argentina, para que aeronaves que viajan desde y hasta ese país suramericano puedan sobrevolar el espacio aéreo venezolano.
“Venezuela ejerce plena soberanía en su espacio aéreo, y reitera que ninguna aeronave, que provenga o se dirija a la Argentina, podrá sobrevolar nuestro territorio“, expresó Gil en la red social X, en respuesta al conflicto provocado por Buenos Aires al entregar a EE.UU. un avión de carga de la Empresa de Transporte Aerocargos del Sur (Emtrasur S.A.), filial de la estatal venezolana Consorcio Venezolano de Industrias Aeronáuticas y Servicios Aéreos S.A (Conviasa).
En ese sentido, el canciller venezolano indicó que la situación actual para Argentina, solo podrá cambiar hasta que Emtrasur “sea debidamente compensada por los daños causados“, tras “las acciones ilegales” realizadas por Buenos Aires que sólo buscan “complacer a sus tutores del Norte“, los EE.UU, donde terminó destruido el avión venezolano.
Gil acusó que el Gobierno de Milei “pretende desconocer las consecuencias de sus actos de piratería y robo contra Venezuela“, esto a pesar que Caracas advirtió que tomaría medidas si su aeronave era entregada ilegalmente a Washington, hecho que calificó como un “acto delictivo”.
Entre tanto, el diplomático calificó al Ejecutivo argentino que encabeza el presidente Javier Milei, como un “gobierno neonazi” que “no solo es sumiso y obediente con su amo imperial, sino que tiene un vocero ‘cara de tabla’: El señor Manuel Adorni“.
¿Qué dijo el gobierno argentino?
Más temprano, Adorno dijo que Buenos Aires emprendió “acciones diplomáticas” contra Venezuela por la mencionada prohibición aeronáutica, que según Argentina causa perjuicio al país porque obliga a las aeronaves a tomar otras rutas cuando los destinos son, por ejemplo, República Dominicana y Nueva York (EE.UU.).
Por ello, la Cancillería argentina envió dos notas de protesta a Caracas y dijo que presentará un escrito ante la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional (OACI), un organismo de Naciones Unidas que ayuda a los países a cooperar entre sí y a compartir sus cielos en beneficio mutuo.
Según Adorni, el Gobierno argentino solo aceptó la orden de confiscación de la Justicia de EE.UU, sobre el avión Boeing 747-300, siglas YV 3531, que fue confiscado en Argentina y enviado a EE.UU. el pasado 12 de febrero del 2024, con la autorización expresa del Gobierno de Milei.
En este marco, el vocero de Milei agregó que la aeronave estaría vinculada a la Guardia Revolucionaria Islámica de Irán: “Argentina no se va a dejar extorsionar por los amigos del terrorismo“, señaló Adorni a pesar que la Justicia argentina no pudo comprobar tales acusaciones contra la tripulación de la aeronave.
No obstante, en su momento Caracas calificó el secuestro de la aeronave como un “robo descarado“, al tiempo que denunció que Argentina y EE.UU. “de manera artera, han violado todas las normas que regulan la aeronáutica civil“, así como los derechos comerciales, civiles y políticos que asisten a Emtrasur, “colocando en riesgo la seguridad aeronáutica en la región“.
A finales de febrero del 2024, se conoció que el avión fue desguazado en EE.UU. En esa oportunidad, Venezuela rechazó “de manera categórica” lo que tachó de “acciones de vandalismo” por parte de Washington.
