Un video compartido en las redes sociales muestra a una tripulación de helicóptero de la Estación Aérea Clearwater de la Guardia Costera en el momento de proceder al rescate.
La Guardia Costera de EE.UU. rescató el pasado jueves 26 de septiembre del 2024 a un hombre y a su perro, que habían quedado varados en un velero a 40 kilómetros de la isla Sanibel, en la costa de Florida, mientras el huracán Helene se acercaba a toda velocidad.
Un video compartido en las redes sociales muestra a una tripulación de helicóptero de la Estación Aérea Clearwater de la Guardia Costera en el momento de proceder al rescate.
Tanto el hombre como su mascota se encontraban en buen estado y fueron llevados al Aeropuerto Internacional del Suroeste de Florida para recibir asistencia médica.
El velero quedó a la deriva y averiado.

#Final The man & his dog were reportedly in good medical condition. They were brought to Southwest Florida International airport to meet with EMS. The vessel is adrift and disabled.
